Mr. Bruce Ntege

Become a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants
(ACCA) in 2003 and later an FCCA in 2008. Bruce has been a tutor since
2003 preparing ACCA students for the professional examinations including
papers such as Financial Reporting (FR), Strategic Business Reporting
(SBR), Taxation (TX), Audit and Assurance (AA) and Advanced Audit and
Assurance (AAA). Bruce tutors the equivalent papers for the CPA profession
in Uganda and Rwanda. Bruce has worked closely with the ACCA Uganda to
provide revision sessions for the ACCA students in Uganda in their
preparation for the examinations including tailored sessions in the Compute-
Based Examinations (CBEs).
In the past eighteen years, Bruce has tutored the ACCA professional course at major institutions
including Financial Tutors Limited (Uganda and Rwanda), College of Accountancy and Management
Studies (Uganda), College of Business Studies (Rwanda), MAT ABACUS (Uganda), Cornerstone
and Luthien Advisory (Rwanda), ACE (Uganda), CPD (Uganda) etc
Following the effects of COVID 19, Bruce and others started an online training platform ENESST
(www.enesst.com) that provides continues online tuition support and blended training for students
preparing for the ACCA and CPA profession examinations. In addition to tutoring ACCA and CPA
students using the ENESST online platform, Bruce tutors other courses like IFRS diploma/certificate,
IPSAS diploma/certificate and customerised trainings for organisations. At ENESST, Bruce is the
Chief Operating Officer and the Head of Professional programs.
In 2019, Bruce was the lead consultant in the development of current policy framework for the best
practices for Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR) responsible for the
supervision of the accountancy profession in Rwanda.
Bruce has mentored, coached, led, supervised and motivated different teams of qualified
accountancy professionals in organizations’ finance and audit departments. In addition, Bruce has
significant and relevant experience in financial and corporate reporting, financial management,
analysis, advisory, organizational development, and auditing and assurance services. For over
fifteen years, Bruce has been involved in carrying out financial statement analysis and providing
guidance to managements and the Board of Makerere University- Mulago Hospital Joint AIDs
project, American Cancer Society funded organisations in Uganda, International Committee of the
Red Cross
